MS Outlook application is use to mainly sending or receiving email message. It is a popular application spread all over the world wide. To get solution from this error you have to disable the Script Blocking in Norton Antivirus.
You have to Disable New-Mail notification in Outlook-
T o do this follow the below given instruction.
Open the MS Outlook and from the Tools menu click on option and then click on Preferences tab.
Now Click on E-mail Options, and then click to clear the Display a notification message when new mail arrives check box. Click on ok and again click on ok.

This Norton Antivirus is use to protect the Computer for virus or malicious program. You have to turn off the "Enable script blocking" feature of the Norton Antivirus. After that you can fix Outlook error 0x80004005 from the System.
